Thirteen the Unlucky Engine

I wanted to make of this model, Thirteen the Unlucky Engine really interests me, and I didn't know what to base him off. So me and  were talking, and since he resembles a narrow gauge Kerr Stuart locomotive, I wanted to make him into a standard gauge experiment with the look of the narrow gauge engine.

But sadly this prototype was a failure, like Henry, he looses steam very easily, gets out of breath, derails, gets a blocked funnel and manages to loose a wheel. Because of this Thirteen thinks himself that he is a jinked engine and the most unluckiest engine ever. This is really because his prototype is a failure and has a firebox with is too small and can't make the heat.

After an accident, he was rebuilt and started working without any bad luck, still not sure whether make him a NWR Engine. what do you think?
